4. STEM Inno Kits Delivery

• STEM Inno Kits are dispatched through third-party courier services.

9. Jurisdiction

• All disputes arising out of services, purchases, or participation shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
• Only courts located in Indore shall have the authority to resolve disputes.
