Product Usage

• All STEM Innovation Kits and activity materials provided by Samarth Educations are strictly for educational purposes only.
• The kits, designs, activities, and materials must not be copied, reproduced, resold, or used by any other  organization, or individual for commercial purposes without written permission.

No Exchange Policy

• Once the STEM kit is purchased, no exchange will be allowed under any circumstances.

Replacement Policy (Damaged Kits)

• If a customer receives a damaged or defective kit, it will be eligible for replacement.
• The customer must inform Samarth Educations within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos/videos).
• Replacement will be processed only after verification.

Courier Charges

• In case of replacement, courier/shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

No Unauthorized Usage

• The kits, activities, content, and materials are the intellectual property of Samarth Educations.
• They cannot be used, distributed, or replicated by any other coaching institute, school, or organization.

No Other Branch Policy

• Samarth Educations operates only through its official and authorized platform.
• Any other branch, franchise, or individual claiming association without authorization is not valid and not responsible under Samarth Educations.

Delivery Policy

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier services.
• Samarth Educations is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier companies.

Liability

• Samarth Educations is not liable for any misuse of the kit materials.
• Adult supervision is recommended for younger students during activities.

Modification of Terms

• Samarth Educations reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
