Ashish Saxena is a seasoned educator and career counselor with over 20 years of experience in guiding students toward the right career path. He is the Founder & Director of Samarth Educations, where he has successfully mentored 8000+ students using scientific methods like psychometric testing and DMIT analysis.
With qualifications in MA Psychology, MBA, and a strong background in teaching IIT-JEE mathematics, he combines academic excellence with practical insight. He is also a published author and the creator of STEM Innovation Kits, promoting hands-on, skill-based learning.
His mission is to help students make confident, informed career decisions and develop skills for real-life success.

Maneesh Shailendra Co Founder
Maneesh Shailendra

Maneesh Shailendra is a dynamic professional and successful entrepreneur with a strong foundation in engineering and corporate experience. He holds a B.E in Electronics & Communication Engineering from BIT Mesra, one of India’s premier institutes.
He has worked with leading telecom companies like Mekaster, Reliance, Videocon and RCOM gaining extensive industry experience in technology, operations, and business development. His corporate journey has equipped him with deep insights into the evolving technology and business landscape.
With his vision and determination, Maneesh Shailendra has also established himself as a successful businessman, demonstrating strong leadership, strategic thinking, and execution skills.
His journey from engineering to entrepreneurship serves as an inspiration for students, showing how technical knowledge combined with practical experience can lead to remarkable success.
