Participants are requested to carefully read all competition rules before submission.

  • 01 Eligibility
    • Open to all school and college students
    • Individual or team participation allowed
    • Project should solve a real-life problem
  • 02 Idea Requirements
    • Idea must be original and innovative
    • Individual or team participation allowed
    • Maximum 3 members per team
  • 03 Submission Guidelines
    • Submit title, objective & short explanation
    • Late entries will not be accepted
    • Digital demos, models, charts & prototypes allowed
  • 04 Presentation Rules
    • 5–10 minutes presentation time
    • Participants must explain working process clearly
    • Mobile phones allowed only for presentation use
  • 05 Discipline & Safety
    • Maintain discipline during the event
    • Unsafe or harmful projects are prohibited
    • Damage to property will be participant responsibility
  • 06 Awards & Media
    • Certificates & prizes for best projects
    • Organizers may use photos/videos for promotion
    • Eco-friendly & low-cost ideas get special preference

How Projects Will Be Judged

Score evaluation system

Fair Evaluation

Judges will evaluate projects fairly and without bias.

Innovation Matter

Uniqueness, originality, and practical implementation are important.

Question Round

Teams must answer judges’ questions confidently and correctly.

Tie Situation

Additional discussion/round may be conducted in case of a tie.

Overall Performance

Marks will not depend only on decoration or appearance.

Presentation Quality

Participants must explain ideas clearly within the given time limit.

Demonstration Preference

Working models and live demonstrations will receive preference.

Time Management

Presentation timing will also be considered during evaluation.

Verification

Judges may inspect projects to verify originality and functionality.

Safety & Discipline

Unsafe projects and indiscipline may lead to disqualification.
